What is SAS 70 Type II?
SAS 70 is a globally recognized compliance standard developed by the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants). SAS 70 Type II allows organizations to disclose their control activities and processes to their customers and their customers' auditors in a uniform reporting format.
