Spotlight on Women of Innovation at Awards Event
2005 Honorees at the Women in Innovation Award Dinner
The Connecticut Technology Council (CTC) celebrated the state's leading women in technology in a gala dinner event on January 20 at the Radisson Cromwell. This first annual statewide event, officially called the "2005 Innovation Leadership Circle Awards", drew nearly 400 attendees.
Thirty-seven remarkable women were honored as finalists for demonstrating exemplary management or technical excellence in the areas of engineering, science, technology research and education. Eight winners or honorees were selected for demonstrating the ability to create a culture of innovation, creativity, and inspiration.
